1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zentix Media website and your purchase of our marketing services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into a service agreement with us, that signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Services

Zentix Media provides done-for-you marketing services for home builders and remodelers, including paid advertising management, lead qualification systems, appointment follow-up automation, and related reporting. The exact scope for each client is set out in the signed service agreement.

3. Fees and payment

• Setup fee: a one-time setup fee as stated in your service agreement, due before work begins.
• Per-estimate fee: a fixed fee per qualified estimate delivered, billed weekly, as defined in your service agreement and our qualified-estimate definition.
• Ad spend: you fund your own advertising spend directly. We never mark up ad spend.
• Late payment: if a payment fails, we will notify you and pause services after reasonable notice until payment is resolved. The guarantee timeline pauses during payment failures.

4. The 15-estimate guarantee

For qualifying founding clients, we guarantee 15 qualified estimates within 90 days of launch, as defined in the signed service agreement. If we deliver fewer than 15 qualified estimates in that period, our agency fees drop to $0 until the full 15 are delivered. The setup fee is retained, and you continue funding your ad spend during the catch-up period. This guarantee applies only where stated in your signed agreement.

5. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and timely access to ad accounts, CRM, and other tools we need.
• Respond to qualified leads promptly. Estimates lost to slow response still count as delivered.
• Maintain the ad budget agreed in your service agreement.

6. SMS communications

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website, you agree to receive text messages from Zentix Media, which may include booking confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS messages. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including copy, design, and branding, is the property of Zentix Media and may not be copied or reused without permission. Advertising assets we create for your campaigns are yours to keep as stated in your service agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentix Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the signed service agreement. You remain responsible for fees incurred before termination, including per-estimate fees for estimates already delivered.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
